I am a Registered Psychologist and have been supporting clients for over 12 years in their pursuits of living more healthy and fulfilling lives. I predominately work with clients that have experienced trauma, in addition to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and stress. I believe that trauma involves feeling or experiencing a profound lack of safety. For that reason, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and trusting space that allows for all of life's challenges to be addressed in a way that feels as safe as possible.
I work from a client-centered approach through an attachment-based lens. I believe that you are the expert of your experience and I want to collaborate with you throughout the therapeutic process to incorporate your knowledge and wisdom into our work together. In my practice, I utilize many modalities including EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness
