I work with individuals and couples (18+). I help people seeking to understand or change their relationship with substances, which could include reducing use or exploring sobriety. I also work with couples (monogamous and alternative relationship structures) experiencing high conflict, feeling disconnected, stuck or more like roommates. My work with couples and individuals also includes supporting people who have loved ones struggling with addiction or folks who have ended a relationship and are looking for support navigating co-parenting and blended family dynamics.

My work with addiction is informed by my own lived experience with addiction and recovery, and my time supporting folks in the shelter system and transitional housing. I am trained in the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

I do not believe in "one size fits all" approaches. I incorporate humour, humility and our shared humanity into my work. You can expect me to challenge you respectfully, while maintaining a judgement free space.
