I work with individuals and couples 18 years of age and older. I specialize in supporting individuals who are struggling with substance use, addiction, self-harm and self-esteem. My work with addiction and substance use is informed not only by my training, but also my own lived experience.
I am trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2). I support couples (monogamous/poly/open) who are looking to reduce unhealthy conflict, and increase connection. I work with individuals currently in relationships, and also with folks who want support consciously uncoupling, or learning to co-parent effectively post separation.
I work collaboratively with my clients to create a therapeutic relationship where the client is positioned as the expert on their own life. My practice is person-centred and culturally responsive. I hope to offer my clients a space that is free from judgement, where they can show up as their most authentic selves.
