Accepting new clients at $100 accessibility rate Summer 2026. I'm a compassionate, curious therapist offering trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming online counselling to individuals. My clients are all unique and come from a diverse range of backgrounds, but I most often work with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+ and non-monogamous folx. I have shared lived experience in these areas, which can promote a natural, deeper connection and trust, especially for those who feel chronically unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. Working with clients in provinces BC, SK, MB, YT, NT, NU, and NL.

My main therapy framework is Internal Family Systems (IFS). I love IFS because it guides towards understanding internal dynamics that drive our behaviours, pointing towards core trauma wounds for treatment. Best of all, built into IFS is respect for consent - listening for the 'no' - that makes for gentler, safer, more effective therapy. Beautiful!

The work done in counselling is not theoretical to me, it's an everyday reality that makes the bad days more manageable and the good days more joyful.
