I have 14 years of experience in trauma-informed approaches, including somatic experiencing, focusing, art therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapies and addictions work. I create a warm and caring container for effective healing. I can support you to establish an internal sense of safety, manage stress, find inner balance, express your needs and wants, and move forward with clarity . I will be respectful, transparent, and offer you educational resources and homework as requested. You will acquire life-long tools to become your own best therapist.
I will support your capacity so you can function more effectively. I offer expressive arts groups, trainings, and retreats. I have taught Art Therapy at the graduate level for ten years. I am a school counsellor at the Waldorf School of Edmonton (WISE).
I immigrated to Canada as a child, and have lived in China, Sweden, USA. I have First Nations family ties and cultural experience.I have personal experience healing from inter-generational trauma. I am a parent, artist, writer, and trained dance/theatre artist.
