My hope is to help you begin to fill your cup before spilling out, or gently wipe up the mess if it already has. I'll provide you the education to understand why you're feeling the way you do and a safe space to express it. I also support you to communicate with those in your life who are struggling to understand how to help. In working with me, you'll finally let out a breath that's been stuck in your chest for far too long.
I've seen firsthand how individuals flourish when given the opportunity to explore the depths of their stories and reframe them. I aim to create an authentic therapeutic relationship, free from rigid professionalism where you can be candid. I'm specialized in trauma informed care, and can provide coping strategies that get you back on track.
