I am a clinical psychologist and I work with both adolescents and adults using evidence-based treatments. I treat individuals with a range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, insomnia, and a specialization in perinatal mental health. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine and work towards their treatment goals. My primary treatment approaches include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about the research and treatment of insomnia and I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with sleep difficulties using CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I).
I have worked in a range of settings, including McLean Hospital / Harvard Medical School, where I worked in the OCD Institute, the Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder Clinic, the Behavioural Health Partial Program, and in the 3East Program with adolescents with self-endangering behaviors. Locally, I have also worked at CAMH and St. Michael's Hospital.
