When words aren’t enough to unpack your pain and struggles we can use EMDR or Expressive therapy to help you find your voice and solutions. I offer EMDR Therapy, IPlay Therapy, Sand-Tray work, Art, & Eco-therapy(outdoors) IFS. Possibly work in person or online.
