Hi, I am Tara. I am a licensed Social Worker. I have a lot of life experience while working as a Corrections Officer, Support Worker, Child Protection worker in Northern Saskatchewan, Child and Youth Counsellor. I have worked within institutions, schools and communities with people who manage trauma, chronic pain and other emotional challenges.
The therapeutic process is a collaborative journey aimed at fostering personal growth and resolving psychological challenges.
