Are you wondering if you or a loved one might be autistic, have ADHD, or be neuro-divergent in some way? Do you need support finding an affirming way forward for yourself or your relationships? Our work together can focus on any area of importance for you, including: trauma, chronic pain/illness, relationships, parenting, experiences of oppression, grief or dissociation. I appreciate diversity in all forms, and welcome folks exploring neuro-diversity, gender-creativity, sexual orientation, and pathological demand avoidance. I can help you find the internal spaciousness to work through life's challenges.
I am an autistic counsellor and consultant who focuses on supporting folks to understand themselves, develop supports, and work through pain and trauma. I offer both individual counselling and small group work using Internal Family Systems (IFS). Group topics vary and range from "Connecting through Expressive Arts" to "Parenting Neuro-divergent Children".
I would love to accompany you on your journey to understanding and appreciating neuro-diversity. We all deserve dignity, respect, and healing from trauma and pain. I invite neuro-divergent folks to join me in finding a path forward.
