Groups
Unmasking Neurodivergence
Unmasking Neuro-divergence is a small group for 5-8 adults. Together we’ll explore our own masks and the relationship with burnout. The group draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS) but no previous experience is needed. The group is a mix of education on parts-work, reflective exercises, and group connection (always optional). I also send out an accompanying Parts Journal Workbook to continue to get to know your inner world between sessions, if you'd like. Folks are welcome to attend on/off camera, participate by speaking, chat or just being present.
