I offer a warm and empathetic approach for you to feel welcomed and heard. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and grief. Life can throw unexpected curve balls. I primarily work with women, first responders, anxiety, burnout, finding purpose/identity, and interpersonal relationships. I use psychologically evidence-based modalities to help you find strength to restore mental health. For me, the best part of being a Counsellor is bearing witness to transformation. I am privileged to walk along side you as you make that initial call, and work toward healing. Our spirits can rise above suffering no matter what the trauma.
I bring a calm and nurturing perspective being a woman and a Mom with lived experiences. Others express gratitude for my genuineness, and honesty. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe space for you to express feelings and situations as they unfold in counselling.
