About
I work with trauma survivors, adolescents and their parents, couples, individual adults and new parents. It is in relationship that we are formed, and it is also in relationship that we can heal and grow. My job is to provide a safe, professional, healing relationship. It is my goal to look beyond symptoms and pathology to help you make contact with your authentic self. I also view my role as a bridge, helping couples and families discover and create a sense of safety and security so that each person in the relationship can thrive.
I work with clients from many different modalities, blending theories to best suit each particular client's needs. The theories I draw from include: Relational Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, Comprehensive Resource Model, EFT, Satir Family Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I offer evidence-driven therapy, on line sessions if you can't make it in, a yoga space to expand your self development, and psychoeducational workshops. I offer many ways to engage in healing to reflect the reality that everyone needs something different as they move towards change.
