I strive to help individuals and families deal effectively with their concerns, either from historical events and experiences or current issues and concerns. My experience extends to children, youth, adults and seniors, with a strong focus on assisting women.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and more. My passion is helping you through any concern that you have in your life, using CBT, mindfulness as well as Narrative Therapy, Feminist Theory and Solution Focused Therapy to maximise the effectiveness of the sessions.
My undergrad degree was First Nations focused, and my work history includes trauma, sexual assault or abuse, seniors advocacy, grief, loss and bereavement, employment and teens. My graduate degree is in clinical social work. I'm originally from Saskatchewan, have lived and worked in the Okanagan Valley since 2002 and have a family of four.
