As a social worker, I'm a trained listener, able to pick up on the important stuff! I compassionately meet you where you're at without judgement. I can help support you with understanding emotions, problem-solving, finding motivation, the voice of perfection, suffering under 'the shoulds', changing patterns, self-discovery, procrastination, seeking healing, the voice of guilt, loneliness, improving relationships, negotiating boundaries, grief and loss, life transitions, self-compassion, and more.

Here's a bit about the work we might do together: I'm right here with you to create change, and support you to know your own voice and values, because when you have clarity about what you want, it can become easier to create and live by those intentions in genuine ways. By asking questions of the problem, it can shift and even start to lose its power.
