New clients welcome!. Finding a therapist you connect with can be challenging. I have honed much of my knowledge and practice in the criminal justice system, forensic psychiatry, working with sexual abuse/trauma and addiction for many years. Working with youth (15+) through adults, we together can navigate areas such as trauma, mental health, anger management and spirituality. Areas of focus are men's mental health, religious trauma/abuse, victims /survivors of crime, adult adoptees, and spiritual leaders/pastors. I am a NIHB provider and provide clinical supervision and consultation for social workers, therapists and students.
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) and Approved Clinical Supervisor. My therapeutic approach is heuristic which means I utilize different approaches such as ART, attachment theory, family systems, somatic and sensorimotor, AEDP, and mindfulness, in my work with you. My work with you is specifically tailored to your needs and is trauma-informed.
