How we feel in our relationships with others is a key factor to our overall sense of health and well-being. I can help you make desired changes in your relationships: with your partner or significant others, family, friends, and colleagues. I will join you as we explore aspects of your life that are complicated or confusing. I help clients of all ages to explore personal feelings, difficult and complex relationships, and life transitions. I use Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, with CBT elements as needed.
I work with couples of all orientations. For couples with common goals for resolving conflict / deepening connection, I offer Emotionally Focused Therapy. For couples where one / both are leaning towards divorce, I offer Discernment Counselling. I work with parents / children to address concerns in different family compositions throughout the lifespan.
I have more than 15 years of experience providing therapy, and I am a graduate of the Couple and Family Therapy Program at the University of Guelph.
