About
Most of us desire to live our lives with a sense of confidence, purpose, and closeness with others, but difficult life experiences can lead us to build walls for protection and safety, and as a result, we can lose our sense of connection with ourselves and others. If you are here, you may be feeling some combination of lost, alone, stuck, anxious, afraid, unsure, frustrated or angry, overwhelmed, grief, worried, low, sad and/or depressed. We can work together to help you bring a greater sense of control, satisfaction, and ease into your life.
My approach is trauma and neuroscience informed and utilizes the wisdom of both the body and the mind to facilitate deeper exploration, connection, understanding, healing, regulation, and repair. The therapeutic relationship acts as a profound agent of change and this is the foundation of my work.
In our work together, my priority is to create a safe space where you feel fully welcomed and able to begin connecting with your most authentic self. Through feeling safely accompanied you can begin to gain new insight, understand your barriers, develop new ways of regulating and coping, and reconnect with parts of you that still need healing.
