Looking for an honest and straightforward therapist who wants to provide you with support? I work with both individuals and couples experiencing a variety of challenges. I am passionate about working with couples who have experienced infidelity and are committed to working through the difficulties they are facing to heal and improve their relationships. I am also passionate about working with individuals who want to improve their lives. Some of the challenges I offer support with are: infidelity, depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, and many more.
Clients have told me that my approach is refreshing because I am straightforward and honest. I also like to use humour when appropriate. I want therapy to be a comfortable experience where clients feel safe to share their experiences. I am open to and encourage feedback during the therapeutic process.
At times, clients have mentioned that it is hard to reach out for support. I aim to make our sessions as comfortable as possible by using a non-judgmental approach and providing clients with compassion and genuine kindness. I want to help and I work hard to create a relationship with clients to ease the anxiety of reaching out for support.
