My practice is centered on your preferences, values, and beliefs. I build on your strengths and create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to your needs.
I use evidence-based research/practices to inform each stage of your therapeutic journey that is mindful of who you are and what is important to you. Additionally, I draw from 18 years of varied experience, including roles as a Clinical Therapist, Police Constable, Correctional Officer, and Child Protection Worker.
In therapy, I focus primarily on emotion regulation, stress and burnout, self-esteem, trauma, cognitive distortions, family conflict, life transitions and challenges, and relationship, work, or social difficulties.
