Despite the plans we create, human nature is to engage in relationships, which are almost always unpredictable and can cause conflict and challenges. My goal is to help support you while you process, navigate, and explore the unexpected in life in a safe space. My approach to counselling is to create a warm, understanding, client-centred environment to support you with compassion, and empathy, and view your situation holistically.
I have extensive experience in supporting families and individuals through crisis situations. What brings me the most joy is supporting families, especially parents, to learn new ways of interacting and engaging with their children and each other to create more positive family dynamics and happy home lives.
