I offer trauma-informed therapy that blends talk, expressive arts, somatic work, and biofeedback. With over 25 years of experience, I help clients move through grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach supports empowerment and self-determination, changing the story (narrative), and supporting meaningful connections (relational).
