I have supported youth, families and adults in settings that include schools, the community and the public sector.
My specialty is all things Anxiety! Yes, a part of life, but problematic when it prevents us from engaging in life according to our passions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in addition to a variety of evidence based clinical modalities. My main areas of focus are Anxiety, ADHD and OCD.
I work with adults and youth who wish to better understand themselves, engage more meaningfully in life or who simply need a safe and compassionate place to connect. I find great pleasure in supporting the period of adolescence and providing tools to support "navigation and survival" during this challenging time.
