In practice for over 30 years, I work with adults, children, teens and families. My approach rests in the belief that healing and change are possible when people are truly understood, provided the opportunity to tell their story and grow in self-compassion. I support people to identify their therapy goals, and together we direct the healing work. Working creatively is always an option, and I blend many approaches to provide the best fit for each person. I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Registered with the American and Canadian Art Therapy Associations. I consult and supervise to diverse professional counsellors.
Through options of Talk therapy, Art/Expressive Arts Therapies, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy/ART, Focusing, Internal Family Systems/IFS, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy/DDP and the Presence Psychotherapy model, I help people resolve trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and move beyond feeling stuck to experience more joy and satisfaction in life

THE VIEW FROM HERE: Supervision for the Art Therapy Supervisors/Clinical Supervisors Interested in Arts-Based Supervision. If you are seeking supervision in incorporating arts-based approaches in your supervision practice, register for this virtual group. Supervisors Lori Boyko and Tanis Dick will guide participants in theme-directed learning and supervision to support effective practice. 4 virtual didactic and experiential sessions target key areas of supervision practice and focus on the use of arts-based practice. Confidentiality and a well-resourced learning environment will support trust- building within the group. $85.00 per session/$320.00 for all 4.
