Being a child or youth in this world is hard. And being a parent in this world is hard too. I operate under the assumption always that all individuals are doing the best they can with the knowledge, skills and resources they have.
My primary goal is to help my clients gain new knowledge and insight about themselves and their relationships and then to help them develop new skills and build on their existing strengths to improve their well-being and interpersonal functioning.
