These can be very difficult and seem very out of control at times and become overwhelming. My hope is to offer you a safe space to share your life challenges, to come alongside of you in these challenges, to offer you a fresh perspective, offer understanding, and together, establish strategies to move forward in your journey that work best for you.
I have worked with clients in a variety of different areas such as: social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, conflict resolution, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, trauma, complex trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and anger.
