Life can be very difficult at times and present us with challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, isolation, relationship issues, fear, trauma, grief, low self esteem and more. These can be very difficult and seem very out of control at times and become overwhelming. My hope is to offer you a safe space to share your life challenges, to come alongside of you in these challenges, to offer you a fresh perspective, offer understanding, and together, establish strategies to move forward in your journey that work best for you.
I have worked with clients in a variety of different areas such as: social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, conflict resolution, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, trauma, complex trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm and anger. I also have experience integrating Christian faith into therapy as well.
