About
Are you looking for ways to increase your relationship satisfaction and intimacy? I help couples address relationship struggles in more effective ways. I will help you identify what you are doing well already, what you want to change and a plan for moving toward your relationship goals. Are you a counsellor who would like to be able to work with couples more effectively? I offer coaching for therapists to assist you to increase your leadership and facilitation skills so you can successfully manage the conflict in the room with your couples. I also teach the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy.
I have specialized knowledge and training in conflict resolution and coaching. I have worked as a Family Mediator, taught conflict resolution courses in the community and the Justice Institute of BC, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. www.conflictoptions.com
Conflict is uncomfortable. It's normal to struggle to know how to manage it well. Conflict resolution skills are learnable and when you increase your skills you will find your relationships are more satisfying and joyful. It's well worth the effort to learn how to lean into conflict in a skillful way.
