About
I began my career as an educator and counsellor working working in the public school system for the past 16 years. I have worked with families and youth at the middle school and high school level. I have gained extensive experience helping families face many different challenges such as learning disabilities, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, drug addiction and PTSD.
I also specialize in chronic pain and illness as my M.Ed focus is Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling. I also have experience with cross-cultural therapy and I have worked with families from many cultural backgrounds.
I hope to build authentic connections and provide a space where clients feel that they are truly heard and supported.
