I am a therapist with 15+ years of experience helping young adults, individuals and families navigate their mental health. My specialization is in vocational rehabilitation therapy, which focuses on chronic illness and pain. I support clients though EMDR therapy, as well other modalities that are catered to each client. I also have a experience in supporting young adults and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, using a trauma-informed lens. My background in working with youth and families spans over 20 years. As a former resource teacher and school counsellor, I have the knowledge and experience that is needed to support families and youth navigate issues such as ADHD, learning needs, substance use, eating disorders, gang violence, neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
