Horizon Therapy is a Toronto-based group practice offering compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals and couples, including neurodiverse couples. I’m Tammy, founder and a psychotherapist of 30+ years, and our team supports anxiety, trauma, OCD, and relationship challenges such as communication breakdowns, conflict cycles, and emotional disconnection so you can shift stuck patterns and build more secure, fulfilling relationships. We support LGBTQ+ relationships, ADHD couples, relationships where one or both partners are autistic, and those navigating differences in communication styles and emotional regulation. We also work with intimacy and sex concerns, polyamory, OCD, stress, burnout, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, cultural identity concerns, grief, and life transitions.

Our therapists are down-to-earth humans with depth, wisdom, and heart. We value both clinical expertise and lived experience, with team members who are ADHD therapists, autistic, BIPOC, and queer.
