Hi! I'm Tammy I grew up in the country loving sunsets, lakes, and walks where breathing in fresh air was one of the best ways to fill up my heart. I have been gifted many challenges up to this point in my life which has helped me dig deep down into my soul to become my best version of myself. My life experience has provided me with the opportunity to share vulnerably and authentically with individuals looking for a new way to live.
Addiction, infidelity or other relational wounds can cause a life to turn upside down. Trauma can deeply impact our bodies and this is also often entangled with core beliefs about who we are. Trauma, shame and grief/loss are the three major themes focused on while healing through these areas.
Providing space for individuals and couples to learn, connect, and embrace who they authentically are within a safe, supported space gets me so fired up!
