Feeling the feelings is hard. Building self-esteem and confidence can feel impossible. Not sleeping, anxiety, stress, and eating too little or too much are all issues that challenge us.
How can we start? Learning how to shift perspective and process traumatic life events. All these things show up, and we each feel them differently.
What would change feel like? Wanting to be your best self and knowing it's ok to not always be at your best.

A judgement-free counselling space, either in person or virtually. Combing through change, trauma, family drama or a diagnosis alone is hard. My therapeutic approaches are primarily attachment-based trauma focused. ADHD coping and education are my passions.
