My goal as a counsellor/therapist is to provide you with non-judgmental support while you seek clarity to some of life's questions. I will help by coaching and counselling you to see your strengths and utilize motivational interviewing, solution focused, CBT and a trauma-informed practice as my tools. I will work with you to help create meaningful change to move past the barriers that are creating difficulty in your life. In my twenty years of working with others, I have developed a skills working with adults, parents, seniors and Indigenous people.
At the center of my practice is relationships. I provide online, phone and in person counselling. I will be able to meet you where you are at in your life journey. I am licensed in Alberta (in person/teletherapy), and Nova Scotia (teletherapy) and Ontario (teletherapy).
Our practice includes the use of EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), NeuroAffective Touch, Solution Focused, & Relationship-Based Therapy. Wr focus on matters related of relationships, life coaching, trauma, depression & anxiety and self-identity & self-esteem. We strive to help you balance all areas of your life.
