I have been a therapist in private practice for 9 years. Prior to my work as a therapist I worked in mental health and addictions at the hospital. As a therapist I appreciate being able to support clients who are facing many of life's challenges divorce, career change, parenting, co-parenting, grief, online dating, relationship struggles. I work with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depression, who have attachment wounds and trauma. I work with individuals, couples and families. I also offer clinical supervision to social workers and psychotherapists.
