At certain times in our lives, we may feel like we are stuck. We struggle with maintaining our relationships at home or work, have difficulty meeting deadlines, or are unable to discuss difficult topics with loved ones. Counselling is a way to work through these issues. Here are a few other reasons why individuals and couples may seek counselling: reduced emotional and physical connection due to strained communication and increased conflict, infidelity, workplace conflict/bullying, recent separation or divorce, and an inability to find a suitable partner. These situations can cause immense pain.
By being Level 3 trained in the Gottman Method for Couples, CBT and EMDR certified, and a life coach, you will learn how to effectively manage your stress and triggers. We will dig into the root issues of anger, fear, depression, anxiety, lack of self esteem, and trauma in order to assist you with achieving a full and meaningful life.
For all my clients, my firm belief is that, "Counselling is about helping individuals and couples find their voice, their passion, and their power. By tapping into these gifts, you will discover a world of connection and shared meaning."
