I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety to achieve emotional well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing. Whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or EMDR, mindfulness techniques, or other modalities, I empower clients to explore and address root causes, develop coping strategies, and regain control over their lives. Together, we work towards reducing symptoms, building resilience, and promoting lasting positive change in mental health and overall quality of life.
I work from a strength based approach incorporating CBT, SFT, mindfulness, EMDR and Clinical Hypnotherapy in my work where appropriate. I work with PTSD, ADHD, learning difficulties, trauma (both acute and historical), and much more. I have worked for over 25 years as a counsellor and continue to research and develop my clinical practice.
