I am a registered psychologist providing individual and couples therapy from a foundation of compassion, clinical knowledge, and genuine human connection. I specialize in sexual health concerns, including sexual pain disorders, and work with clients navigating sexual functioning, identity, orientation, intimacy, infidelity, and relationship repair. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and I strive to create a space where sensitive topics can be discussed openly, thoughtfully, and without shame.

My approach to therapy is warm, relationship-based, and authentic. I value honesty and clarity, and I’m comfortable being direct while staying empathic and attuned. When appropriate, I use humor to ease anxiety, strengthen connection, and make tough or vulnerable topics feel easier to talk about.

I hold an MEd in Counselling Psychology (University of Alberta, 2010) and am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and British Columbia. I am a regular media contributor (CBC, Global, CTV) and was named Top 40 Under 40 in 2020. I also hold Adjunct status at the U of A and completed doctoral training in Psychiatry focused on sexual pain (paused 2020).
