I hold a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have expertise in using a range of therapeutic methods including EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, among others.
