I offer tailored clinical supervision for therapists who identify as autistic, ADHD, gifted, highly sensitive, or those who are exploring their neurotype. Sessions are conversational, case-based, and tailored to how your brain processes information—whether that’s structured, exploratory, or somewhere in between. Your processing style is respected and your differences are recognized as clinical strengths.
I also facilitate a neurodivergent-affirming consultation and supervision circle for early-career and emerging therapists seeking supportive, reflective, and grounded community.
My approach is warm, practical, and neurodiversity-affirming. Together we focus on:

• Ethics grounded in OCSWSSW & CRPO standards
• Burnout prevention and nervous system sustainability
• Executive functioning and documentation systems
• Building confidence without feeding perfectionism
I meet CRPO requirements to provide clinical supervision, and hours may be used toward registration.. I have advanced training in EMDR, OCD, dissociation, concurrent disorders, and ADHD/ASD-affirming psychotherapy.
