I support high-functioning individuals healing relational wounds in a steady, non-judgmental, nervous-system-informed space. Therapy with me is a chance to slow down, untangle what was inherited versus chosen, and build a life that feels aligned rather than just accomplished.

My work is relational and attachment-informed, blending talk therapy with body-based and depth-oriented approaches, with a touch of humour. We may explore attachment patterns, boundaries, people-pleasing, and how trauma can live in the nervous system — while also building practical tools that support regulation and insight.
