As a registered social worker & experienced psychotherapist with 20 years of clinical experience, I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My work encompasses a broad range of concerns, including sexual abuse/assault, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and other life stressors. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate their unique challenges and move toward healing, resilience, personal growth, and well-being.
With extensive years of education & clinical experience specifically focused on sexual abuse/assault, I bring a deep level of expertise to supporting survivors of sexual trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to process your trauma, remove feelings of shame/guilt, and move forward toward healing and empowerment.
