Life is often filled with difficult experiences, painful transitions, and big decisions. These challenges can significantly impact our sense of well-being and create a great deal of stress in our lives. I am committed to working with individuals and families to support them to overcome these difficult periods, so they can live more freely with a greater sense of peace and happiness. I accompany others to resolve a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, grief and loss, and low self-esteem.
Each person I work with is unique, and no two problems are the same. As such, I create an approach suited for you by drawing on the latest research in brain development and attachment theory, in addition to a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EFT, and Family Systems Theory.
I believe that we each have the self-righting ability to heal and move towards increased wellness. I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment that allows you to feel comfortable exploring the issues you are struggling with so we can work together to resolve them.
