I help folks gain back the present, rather than being pulled into fears from the past or worries about the future. With over 15 years experience, I've seen that when people can safely address the traumas in their life, they reduce their anxiety, depression, difficulty with relationships and trust, low self-esteem and overwhelming emotions, among other things.
