My approach to therapy is influenced by Cognitive Behavior Therapy. However, I work from a Client-Centered collaborative framework and adapt treatment recommendations based on individual needs. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and that we all have the inherent strength and wisdom to make changes and recover from adversity.
Prior to becoming a Registered Psychologist I worked in a variety of educational settings as a district psychologist, school counsellor and teacher. I provide counselling services to adolescents and adults. I specialize in assisting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress-management and relational issues.
