I work with adults experiencing a range of issues including grief, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation issues, life changes and transitions, cancer diagnoses, disordered eating, chronic pain, trauma, perfectionism, procrastination, and self worth or esteem issues. I like to start with a complete initial general assessment to deep dive in getting to understand you, and from there, we co-create a treatment plan with goals of what we want to address together. My availability is limited to only being able to connect once every 3-8 weeks, but I am available long term as needed. I give extra resources to review/try between sessions.
