You're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or misunderstood. You might be newly diagnosed or exploring your neurodivergent identity. Maybe you're managing a chronic illness, disability, or the effects of trauma — and just trying to keep everything together. More than anything, you want a space to be yourself, make sense of your experiences, and find ways to cope — whether that means tools and structure or a calm, open space to be heard. My commitment to your healing and self-discovery is my top priority, helping you reach your goals and embracing your unique experiences.

I believe we all have internal strengths and resources to work through life's challenges. Sometimes we lose sight of these strengths, sometimes there are gaps in our skills set, or perhaps there are blind spots in how we view a problem situation. My role is to help clients explore, discover and understand themselves and to help clients learn new skills and strategies to address the presenting concern.

Many of my clients feel stuck — in their thoughts, relationships, or sense of direction. They’re searching for clarity, peace, and a way to feel more like themselves again. Whether it’s stress, identity, love, purpose, or symptoms that fit into any diagnosis, I help people slow down, build awareness, and reconnect with what truly matters. Together, we work toward balance, growth, and a deeper sense of meaning in everyday life.

They say, 'In hindsight, it's 2020'... The last five years have surely proven that statement true: Escalating wars, societal divisions, geopolitical uncertainties, weather modification, government incompetence, runaway inflation...and a planned pandemic to top it off have forever impacted people's lives and changed the social landscape. We were told to adjust to a 'new normal'. There is no going back to how things used to be; we can only move forward from here.

Sometimes life can feel very difficult and we are not quite sure why. Often times we are not how to make sense of our lives in a meaningful way and that can stop us from being who we truly are. Or maybe you have been through difficult times in your life that you are not quite sure how to overcome. These difficult experiences can get in the way of maintaining meaningful relationships, building trust or feeling at peace. Processing these events can take place at any age and can look different for each individual. The important part is that you feel genuinely seen and heard.

Changes in one's life can result in many possibilities that can be overwhelming for some, and exciting for others. To manage the changes that occur in our life, we create our own personal safety net as a means for protection and safety from the potential dangers that can be brought on from change. However, an over reliance on these personal safety nets may lead to feeling like being imprisoned and trapped inside one's shell. This could eventually result in feelings of depression and anxiety.
