I have worked in different countries and I bring a broad range of experiences from a multitude of settings and I also work in Forensic Psychiatry.
I offer counselling, coaching, consulting and mental health assessment services. I specialize in working with children, adults and families. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers with a Masters Degree in Social Work. I also have special training in Sexual Abuse Therapy and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
In my practice I incorporate cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy,attachment, emotion focused, solution focused, play ,mindfulness and relaxation interventions.
