With over seven years of clinical experience, I can help tailor a therapy program designed to meet your personal/family’s counselling needs.
I have extensive training and experience in mental health, trauma, parent-child relationships, and marital/family disharmony. I am trained in several treatment modalities including: Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, EMDR and Family Systems Therapy.
The therapy I provide is client-centred and client-driven. I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor and that people should feel respected, safe and an active participant in their treatment. I look forward to connecting and working with you.
