In my practice, I help clients process their difficult emotions. When we feel depressed or anxious, we haven't processed our underlying emotions and therefore have difficulties understanding our needs. I help people tune into themselves at a deeper level to create better self-understanding, which then leads to long-standing change. People see me if they are experiencing difficulties with relationships, depression, anxiety, parenting, prenatal/postpartum anxiety or depression, emotions, confidence, stress management, or a general feeling that they can't cope. I am a registered Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with adults and children.
Depression and anxiety show up in many different ways in our life. We may feel stressed at work, or we feel bored in our life. We have a deep desire to experience life more fully. I help individuals experience their underlying emotions which leads to a more authentic experience of themselves and promotes positive choices.
I work in an integrative health clinic that attends to people's emotional and physical well-being. We work collaboratively as a team to insure people's optimal functioning.
