I work with teens (15+) and adults of all ages. If you're struggling with anxiety, stress or burnout we can work to reduce the negative impact that it is having on your day-to-day life. Anxiety and stress can look different for everyone: trouble sleeping, maintaining concentration, trouble making decisions, constant thoughts of "what if", or imagining the worst case scenario. It can also seem like physical symptoms: racing heart, brain fog, or maybe you thought there was something medically wrong, but your doctor can't find a medical cause. If this sounds like you and you're ready for that to be different please get in touch.

You’ve been holding it together for so long: masking, managing and trying to keep up in a world that doesn’t always get how you think or feel. Maybe you're feeling anxious, burnt out or unsure how to cope anymore. My job as a therapist is to empower you to become your own therapist so you can lead a fulfilling life and develop self-awareness, resilience, and coping mechanisms that extend beyond the therapy room. I will honor your lived experience and walk alongside you in building the confidence you need to feel more at ease in your world without needing to change who you are. You don’t have to do this alone.

Living with a chronic health condition can be overwhelming and can shift your identity, strain relationships, and make even day-to-day tasks feel challenging. I support clients in navigating the emotional challenges that come with chronic illness, including grief, burnout, uncertainty, and loss of control. I also work with individuals who are grieving the loss of an animal companion. Pet loss is a deeply personal kind of grief that’s often minimized or misunderstood. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been carrying for a long time, you deserve space to process it with care and compassion.

Caseload Currently Closed! Trauma changes us in fundamental ways. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past, are struggling to find stability, or navigating intense emotions, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we will explore your experiences, the impact they have had on your life and develop ways to live alongside your trauma. Working at your pace, and never asking you to relive your trauma, we will find practical solutions to bring you inner harmony. If you experience dissociation or multiplicity, our focus will always be cooperation rather than integration.
