Hello and Thank you for finding me. From my Transpersonal Counseling perspective, the ideal client embodies a holistic approach to personal growth and development, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Issues are viewed as opportunities for awakening and understanding, rather than mere obstacles to overcome. My clients desire for clarity, purpose, and fulfillment reflects their innate longing for connection to something greater than themselves. Their needs for guidance, support, and accountability align with the Transpersonal Counseling approach, which emphasizes the importance of a therapeutic relationship.

As a Performance Therapist and Coach, I believe we are all performers—whether you’re an athlete, a leader, a business owner, a parent, or someone simply trying to show up fully in your own life. Life is Sport, and how we train the mind matters just as much as how we train the body or refine our skills.

I love working with adults who’ve lived—who’ve been through some things and are brave enough to face what’s next. My favourite clients are the ones willing to try new ways of coping (and maybe even thriving) in this messy, unpredictable world. They want someone real beside them—someone to help untangle communication, offer practical tools, and gently challenge the “Why me?” mindset. They value humour, honesty, and connection. And I love working with couples—because a strong, secure bond lays the groundwork for the next generation, fostering better communication, closeness and sex.

Therapy helps us to examine our past experience, reveal themes within our behaviours and understand what motivates us. Therapy also helps us to examine past trauma. Within the safety of therapy we can focus on how our thoughts and behaviours, as well as the systems we exist within, contribute to our struggles, and gain insight on how we might learn new ways to react to the world around us. The focus of my work is to help my clients learn to trust themselves and realise their potential. The therapeutic process helps to identify and understand long held beliefs and assumptions that get in the way of our health, happiness and wellbeing

You're not alone if you are struggling with low mood, overwhelming emotions, or stuck in unwanted habits. It is difficult to stop worrying about the future or ruminating on the past. When we feel overwhelmed by emotions, thoughts, and sensations in our bodies, we move away from social situations and opportunities that used to feel good. We become more disconnected from ourselves and others. We feel more alone, and uncomfortable in our own skin or unworthy of love and eventually, the actions we took to help cope are now becoming a problem of their own. We all have our unique challenges and it can be difficult to manage alone.
