I am specialized in trauma. I work with impact trauma, medical trauma, relational trauma and global activation. In my practice, I encounter many people who have adopted coping strategies that impair their quality of life and interpersonal relationships.
I work using Self Regulation Therapy (SRT). SRT is a non cathartic mind body approach that helps the nervous system being better regulated. As a result of having SRT treatment, people experience better resiliency which translate in a better life quality and more fulfilling interpersonal relationships.
I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) through BCACC. I offer Supervision, Consultation and Supervision of Supervision. My supervision style / model is highly inspired by the 7 Eyed Model, strength based and collaborative.
